A Typical Day
This is what a typical day looks like at the Angela's Angels Care Center After-School Program
2. After a relaxing snack and some time to decompress, it's Homework Time! Teacher will supervise, assist and work with/tutor students to ensure that all students UNDERSTAND their homework assignments and are able to complete all their homework correctly.
1. Upon arrival, our program begins with Snack Time. (A healthy snack and drink are to be provided daily by the child's parent/guardian.)
3. During Homework Time, if any student has a test to study for, teacher will assist student with studying. Teacher has many "tricks up her sleeve" to make studying fun and productive!
4. Also during Homework Time, teacher will help students work on any projects, papers, etc. that have been assigned to them by their classroom teachers.
5. When homework, test prep, and projects are done, it's time to play outside! Angela's Angels has a large, fenced in yard with lots of fun educational toys and games!
OUTDOOR PLAY
6. Sometimes the weather is not appropriate for outdoor play, and/or sometimes we will have extra time after outdoor play to play inside! Inside play is fun and educational too! We have board games, crafts, educational toys and quiet reading areas loaded with wonderful books!
And, before we know it, it's time to go home! Students will get packed up and ready for pick-up. It was a wonderful day!
