Payment & Refunds
Annual Contract Commitment
Enrollment is based on an annual contract. Parents/guardians agree to enroll their child(ren) for the full term of one school year (or for the full amount of time remaining in the academic year at the time of enrollment).
"Full term of one school year" includes Sept through June on all days that the Valhalla Union Free School District is in session. If Valhalla UFSD opens in the morning, that day is included in the contract. ALL DAYS that the Valhalla USFD does not open, for any reason, THOSE days are NOT included in this contract.
Payment of Fees
Annual tuition/fees are due in full upon enrollment or according to the agreed upon payment schedule.
All payments must be made on time. Late fees may apply as outlined in your signed contract.
Non-Refundable Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or proration will be issued for withdrawal, absences, illness, holidays, vacations, inclement weather, or early termination of your contract agreement.
Payment of the annual fee secures your child’s space in the program for the contract term, regardless of attendance.
Termination by Center
In the rare event that the Center terminates your agreement, unused tuition may be refunded on a prorated basis at the Center’s discretion.
